Damian Forrester brings a wealth of experience in leadership, community service, and real estate expertise to The Spectrum Hope Fund. A proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps (1990–1998), Damian's dedication to service has been a cornerstone of his career and community involvement.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and Early Childhood Education and a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Damian combines a strong educational foundation with a forward-thinking approach to leadership.

He has held key positions in numerous organizations, including serving as Board President of the Premier Professionals Network of Billings (2007–2008) and as Board Vice President for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Billings (2008–2009). Damian is also a Board Member of the Billings Association of Realtors and a former member of its Tech Committee.

A highly accomplished Realtor with eXp Realty, Damian holds prestigious designations such as CLHMS, CRS, GRI, ePro, AHWD, SRS, and ABR. As an ICON Agent (2017–2021), he has consistently demonstrated excellence in the real estate industry, setting a standard for professionalism and client service.
