Mike Oberg brings over two decades of dedicated leadership and program development experience to The Spectrum Hope Fund. He currently serves as the Executive Director of Special K Ranch, a role he has held since April 2013. Under his leadership, the ranch has flourished as a supportive community for individuals with developmental disabilities, fostering independence, growth, and empowerment.

Prior to his tenure as Executive Director, Mike served as the Program Director at Special K Ranch for nearly nine years, where he played a pivotal role in designing and implementing life-enriching programs tailored to meet the unique needs of the community.

With a proven track record of building inclusive, impactful programs, Mike’s expertise in nonprofit management and his unwavering commitment to creating opportunities for individuals with special needs make him an invaluable asset to our board.

When not working, Mike is passionate about advocacy, community service, and supporting families navigating the challenges of developmental and behavioral health.
